Am I a Large Employer?
Under the ACA, large employers have at least 50 full-time equivalent employees (FTEE).
To find the FTEE:
- Add all the hours worked by part-time and full-time employees in a year, then
- Divide by 2080 (the number of hours a full-time employee works in a year)
